If the power cord isn't the modern computer style power cord, its the HP
standard three round pins, oval ends, not quite in line. Belden #17952.

HP power meters tend to be cheap, sensor cables moderately expensive,
sensors expensive because sensors are delicate and surplussing agencies
toss such accessories into the trash because they don't understand their
potential value.
