[NLRS] MNQP log calculations

Hi Guys

  I don't have the logging program that the module was available for, so must 
do all by hand.

  Question: A county is clamed once even though it is worked on many 
different VHF?UHF bands, correct?

  The scoring is total of all 1pt /SSB contacts  2pt /CW contacts times total 
number of counties (and states other than MN) .... correct??
