 Hello all..

I am looking for a smd In particular, a transistor... BFR92p This a
5ghz NPN 3 leg surface mount device... Not sure if the p prefix is
important...

Data sheet...
http://www.semiconductors.philips.com/acrobat/datasheets/BFR92A_2.pdf

DB6NT transverter LO schematic... http://www.w9ray.org/img/1296lo.jpg

I don't see any my new mouser catalog

The one in my DB6NT 1296 transverter had a little accident...(oopsa)..
Along with a small .1 uh smd inductor.. It's the first amplifier in the
LO chain... Looks like the db6nt part is a little overkill... its only a
105 mhz signal there.. ... but I don't know too much about such
things..

So does anyone out there have a couple of these parts laying around not
getting used?... I would be happy to pay postage and other costs
involved.. (bfr92. .1uh smd ind) they seem hard to get in small
amounts..

I really got to get this transverter going and get rid of it... need
money for 902 transverter..

Thanks for your time....

was wondering if people have seen the Phase Locked Oscillators from JWM
engineering.. they make one for demi microwave transverter's and one
for db6nt 10 ghz transverter's.. http://jwmeng.com/lnmplo.html
.probably a little more stable than the ole rock. If you have good 10mhz
source. Looks nice...
