[NLRS] ramsey laser kits

Chuck,

I own two of them, but I really have not done a whole
lot with them yet.  There has been some good info on
the laser reflector.  There are a few guys using the
lasers, but it seems that it is still one of those
areas yet to be explored (at least locally!)
