[NLRS] 2003/2004 CSVHF States Above

Hello fellow NLRS members.   With this note I am "formally" kicking off
another season of monthly, or bi-monthly, tracking of our CSVHF States
Above totals.   For those of you who are not familiar with this operating
activity, the event has already started (0001 UTC July 1 2003) and runs
through 2359 UTC June 30, 2004.   The purpose of the operating event is to
stimulate activity on the bands above 50 MHz.   Your score is the total
number of States and Provinces that you work on all bands above 50 MHz.
QSL cards are not required.   Full rules and logsheets can be found at the
CSVHF website at http://www.csvhfs.org/ .

Send me your States Above totals by the end of September 1(Monday) and I
will post our club standings on Tuesday, Sept 2.
