[NLRS] 24 GHZ Rain Scatter QSO

Good show guys !    How much power were you running and what size dish ??

PS:   I checked the ARRL website for 24 GHz rain scatter DX records and saw
that there is none listed ..... check it out at
http://www.arrl.org/qst/worldabove/dxrecords.html  .   I suggest that you
forward the QSO info to w5lua@arrl.net ... its your five minutes of fame
.... yea its "only" 117 km or so, but its still the record until someone
beats it.
