Sorry to hear of your experience at Watertown. Maybe I've been lucky but,
Burghardt's has always been there for me when I needed their leverage with
the manufacture, in-house service and quick delivery of parts. I noticed
that they give favorable trade-ins to the senior citizen hams from around
here who shop there.
