[NLRS] Looking for a part

I'm looking for a Mitsubishi RD70HVF1 MOSFET, 70 watts at 150 MHz.   I've 
tried the usual outlets that I'm aware of such as RF-Parts and DigiKey with no 
luck.   I see that Arrow is a Mitsubishi distributor and the part shows up on 
their website when I search for it but it indicates to call for availability ... 
I'm not sure if they have a minimum order or not or if I can even order one 
from them.

Anyone have any suggestions as to where to look for this part ?
