If you want to read alot of good opposition comments to BPL

Click on this link
http://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/prod/ecfs/comsrch_v2.cgi
Then type proceeding number 03-104 in box one to see all the 4510 comments.
You can also successfully narrow the search by state.

Unfortunately there were only 115 comments from MN. With the incredible
amount of technical expertise and writing ability that exists in the NLRS
especially in fundamentals, harmonics, weak signal and noise, it is too bad
more of our members did not file comments. If another comment period comes
up on this issue maybe we can file as a group much like CSVHFS did.

I was a little disappointed at the "Don't hurt my hobby" tone of many
individual brief comments instead of discussing the real effect to the
overall good of the RF spectrum and its effect on our society as a whole
both in terms of a reliable licensed infrastructure and also emergency use.

The following are some direct links to comments of interest:

Anything by
William Gary Box (just search the MN comments)
His first brief comment was a bit lame but after that he put about 10 reply
to comments in which he put on his MSEE boxing gloves and hit them hard.

I chose to discuss all the other services and infrastructure that BPL would
affect as if I was speaking to a bunch of non-technical management types
playing with a new toy that they did not have a clue as to what they were
dealing with.
