Hello Fellows,
These clouds look interesting on the map. I am on my way to set up
a station at dn84kc.. I will be operating from 20:30z to at least
22:30z towards these clouds on 368.1.... Also for any interested..
There is a beacon in Rapid City pointed at 85 degrees on 24hrs a day...
The freq is 368.236 and varies to 368.239 with increasing local
temperature. It is id'ed with my call fsk and afsk..It is located on
high hill with very low horizon.. Power is about 25 mw into an 18db horn
horizontal polorization..
Hope to snag one of you guys east...
73's,
Al - W0PUF
