[NLRS] 10 GHz Rain Scatter Today?

Hi Barry,

I will be set up and know what direction to point.   I was off 30 degrees
last time.  I thought I know what direction the dock was pointing.   Keep
watching.

In looking at the thunderstorms over by Bismarck ND  it looks promising for
some rain scatter today or tomorrow.  I will be available most of the time
and will stay available if things start to things really start to develop.
