[NLRS] KM0T writeup in CQ VHF

Our new CQ VHF arrived today.  I sat down with it after dinner and found a 
great article on Mike's "lower 48 on 2" achievements.  While we've read a bit 
about it on Mike's website, this piece had more of exploits and the smart way he 
has gone about achieving this noteworthy accomplishment.
