Hi Gene.   I need EN16 on 2304, but thats it.  My current plan is to be on 
for the sprint, so if your out, I'd love to try & work ya .... I still need 
ND and SD on several bands for this years States Above.   Its a bit of a poke 
from EN15/EN16 to the Twin Cities .... at least I've usually had poor 
propagation that way from my Bloomington QTH.   

Let us know if you go.
