[NLRS] 2002-2003 CSVHF States Above - April Request

Good seeing everyone at Au'03 last Saturday.    As you may remember I
flashed a CSVHF States Above bargraph in front of the group just after the
business meeting showing the growth in this year long operating event and
how the NLRS has contributed to that growth.     If your not in this,
perhaps now is a good time to jump in.

The objective of this CSVHF Society sponsored event is to promote activity
in the world above 50 MHz.  Work 30 or more states plus provinces, submit
your score to Bruce at the conclusion of the event (just before Central
States), and receive a nice looking certificate.   Full rules & forms for
