[NLRS] Another Radar

Just a hunch but could this be Paul Douglas's new super weather radar?
it's based in fridley and runs in the neighborhood of a Million watts..

Just a thought..  I don't know what frequencies weather radar operates on
but I would imagine that this one would be really loud anywhere in the
cities.
