Ed,

No it never does that, its been a steady signal, other than the slight decrease every 7-10 seconds that I noted, for a day and a half now.  Although it was probably there longer for all I know, I just haven't tuned down to 432 and noticed it until this weekend.

Sounds like a neighbor's scanner...
does it ever burp - or stop for a short period (like when the
scanner locks in on another frequency..  -

Be sure to bring a tape recording of it to the NLRS - AU03
gathering on 4/26..
