[NLRS] NLRS hats & patches update

Just a short note to the reflector regarding NLRS embroidered hats and sew on 
patches.   We have gone ahead and will be spending approximately $325 of our 
NLRS club funds for 100 4.5" sew-on NLRS emblem patches.   This includes the 
cost for a small setup fee as well.   The goal is to have these for sale at 
Au'03 with the proceedings from those sales going back to the clubs coffers.  
 In addition, if all goes per plan, we will also have a sample of a direct 
embroider baseball style hat with the NLRS logo that we will be showing and 
taking orders on for a group purchase.  The group order would go in sometime 
after Au'03.    As the hats will be somewhere around $13 to $16, I thought 
that this was more than the clubs treasure should float so we are going the 
group purchase route.

PS:  What a great turn out for the NLRS breakfast yesterday .... I think it 
was a new record.   Good to see the new faces, lets make sure that we welcome 
them.     Also, don't forget the new NLRS 222.120 net that meets tonight for 
the first time at 8:15 PM local.  Listen for Dave, N0KP, as net control.
