[NLRS] Meaning of QRSS

I believe it's an adaptation of the standard "Q" Signal, QRS = Send more
slowly/Reduce CW sending speed...QRSS = Send VERY slowly (or perhaps it's
Slower than Slow given the double S.  N.B. the speed being mentioned is 0.5
WPM)

Someone please correct if I am mistaken.
