[NLRS] Mirage B108 on 222

CJ, there is an '"old version" and a "newer version" of the B108.   In the 
newer version they use a gain device that dies at 200 MHz so the mod doesnt 
work.   The old version allows you to get around 55 watts out on 222.   I 
will dig out my documentation and bring it to breakfast.
