[NLRS] 432 Radar agn 11am

     The 432 Radar is on, came on at 11am CST, this morning it looks like it 
is peaking to the NW perhaps the ND site again. Very unsure of direction 
last night. Not as strong today, but pointed to the NW I can hear it all the 
time.The main lobe can be heard with the antenna in any direction. I would 
guess that the power levels will be up and down again today with periods that 
it will be heard well and periods that sig will be reduced.
