[NLRS] 432 Radar

(1) Favors lower freq than 432 but SO wide band. 430Mhz was stronger

(2) Power is switched UP/DOWN a lot tonight.

(3) Looks like it still favors East, but hard to say.

(4) Hearing it all the time when it is up. Main lobe about every 9-10sec

(5) Sounds like all the other radars I've heard in last 35yrs. Very raspy with a 
changing interagation frequency sweeping up and down.

(6) Still 5-9+ all the time when it's on. Overloads the receiver. Main lobe 
"pins" the S Meter.
