[NLRS] Where is Mounds Park?

Hi Mike,
Glad to hear you'll be able to make it.

Mounds Park is in St. Paul, on a bluff overlooking the Mississippi and the
St. Paul Downtown airport.

The easiest way I know of to get there is via I-35E or I-94.

FROM NORTH of St. Paul on I-35E southbound: 
A LEFT exit for I-94 eastbound/US52. (Be careful NOT to take the US52
portion of the exit.)  You must merge one lane right onto I-94 and then take
the immediate LEFT exit off I-94 on to the Kellog Blvd/Mounds Blvd Exit.  Go
to the traffic light and turn RIGHT (uphill) onto Mounds Blvd.

FROM SOUTH of St. Paul on I-35E northbound:
Merge onto I-94 eastbound.  Take the LEFT exit off I-94 on to the Kellogg
Blvd/Mounds Blvd Exit.  Go to the traffic light and turn RIGHT (uphill) onto
Mounds Blvd.

FROM WEST of St. Paul on I-94 eastbound:
Take the LEFT exit off I-94 on to the Kellogg Blvd/Mounds Blvd Exit.  Go to
the traffic light and turn RIGHT (uphill) onto Mounds Blvd.

FROM EAST of St. Paul on I-94 westbound:
You're in trouble!!  There is an Mounds Bld/Kellogg Blvd exit, but you end
up going NORTH on Mounds Blvd, and you need to so south.  There is no easy
way, unfortunately, to do that.  My suggestion is to go North on Mounds Blvd
(NW actually) to 6th Street E, turn right, go one block, turn right again
and go to Kellogg Blvd.  Turn RIGHT and go one block to Mounds Blvd.  Turn
LEFT (uphill).

Once you are on Mounds Blvd heading south just keep going.  (Note, there is
a bear right as you cross I-94.  The left lane becomes an entrance ramp for
I-94 Eastbound, so be careful.  Continue to follow Mounds Blvd.  We will
most likely be in the grassy area just below the big hill with a large tower
on it.  If not there, then at the top of the hill.  If you pass the tennis
courts to the left, you've gone too far.

We'll try to have 146.46 FM for help if you need it.

Hi all, I may be able to show up, will be in the cities for family stuff and
depending on schedule, who knows.

So I was wondering if anyone could give me an idea of where Mounds Park is
located.  Nearby landmarks, main roads, etc.
