[NLRS] CableTV hardline

I do no impedance matching in my adaptors, just connect type N as close
to the 75 ohm end as possible. I built antenna tuners for 2m and 432 but
found no improvement in communications results (e.g. best DX) so I took
them out. The improved match may have added as much loss in the tuners
as the mismatch did. So I have no extra matches.
