[NLRS] CableTV hardline

Been using 75 ohm TV hardline for decades. I made my own connector
adapters and used lots of aluminum conductor grease and then lots of
scotch #88 tape for waterproofing. Even with the (mostly negligible)
mismatch loss a length of 3/4" has less loss at 1296 than the same
length of 1/2" foam heliax. Signals you heard from me over the weekend
were through 1/2" 75 ohm CATV line on 2m and 3/4" on 432.
