Band QSO's Grids
-------- ----- -----
50 MHz 9 2
144 MHZ 20 6

Claimed Score: 1,420. Ouch!
I'm glad to see that some of you actually had fun this time around.
I enjoyed putting together what seemed to be a first-class rover
station, but a combination of problems kept me from reaching anywhere
near the potential of the station I had assembled.
All the gory details can be found at:

If anyone wants to actually look at the antenna setup in person, I
plan to drive the van over to the Caribou Coffee parking lot, 147th
and Cedar Avenue, for the weekly Tuesday night gathering after the
Twin Cities Repeater Club Information Exchange net at around 7PM
tonight, 9/17/02. I will finish dismantling it all tomorrow, 9/18/02.
Maybe I'll string out a longwire after that and concentrate on HF
instead of this VHF/UHF/microwave stuff. (Just kidding.)
The nice thing about such a low score is that it (most likely) can
only be better next time...
Keep the reports coming in, I am building a tabulation for the web
site and will start posting it soon.
