[NLRS] the weakest rover

Only operated about 10 mins of the contest yesterday.. had no prep 
time to get some real gear in the car - but heard a few folks on the 
12" mag mount any way and handed out en43 to a couple of stations.  
Stopped for a minute to adjust the antenna 90 degrees... helped to 
work W9GM on 432.  Sorry couldn't have worked a few more stations - 
had to get the scouts back from camp.  So if you thought you were 
hearing things yesterday morning on .200 it might have been the 
weakest rover.  Hope the rest of you had fun ... the wx ended up 
great here for the outdoor activities.
