[NLRS] W0ZQ Sept Contest

As many of you may know, the "usual" multi-op station from the southwest
corner of EN34 will not be active for this September contest.   In the past
few years we have signed N0UK.   Look for us next year.

W0ZQ will be operating single-op from my home QTH on 6 thru 2304, but I
will not be able to operate full time.   I will be operating for a good
part of the time on Saturday afternoon and again on Sunday afternoon.

Good luck to all in the contest.   You rovers, drive safe.    Also, don't
forget to 1) indicate NLRS on your contest log and 2) send your log in to
the League.    If anyone needs help with logging and how to send in a log,
just ask.    No score is too small to send in.
