[NLRS] 10GHz off of Downtown MPLS

Gary, W0GHZ, and I operated 10GHz this evening.  He was at his home QTH and
I was at the St. Anthony site (park overlooking I35 near Honeywell).  He's
using an 18" DSS dish at 50', DEM transverter, and about 600-700mW from a
Qualcomm amp.  Everythings mounted on the dish.

Gary found me easily with S3-S4 signals.  He was S2-S3 at my end.  We
peaked on each other's signals, and both of us came up to S9.  

This 10GHz stuff may work yet !
