[NLRS] Web page updates, etc.

I've been trying to keep ahead of you guys with the updates to the
10 GHz Operating Location page, but it's been a challenge.

I think I have put up all the sites I've seen come by on the mail
reflector, plus sites given to me directly, with the exception of
a disk full of sites given to me by WB0LJC that I haven't had a
chance to tackle yet. Some of the more active posters of location
information may wish to check my work. For example, I got two
different locations for Stony Point (one from Donn, and one from
Lenny via Gary), and both of them are in the water when plotted
by TopoZone (the mapping site I use on our page). Well, Donn
*DID* say that his site was "Wet!", but this seems a bit too wet
for my appetite. :)

I will do my best to keep the page up to date, especially as the
second weekend of the 10 GHz and Up Cumulative Contest approaches,
but to be honest, I still have a bunch of work to do for my planned
rove this coming weekend in the September VHF Contest, which takes
priority. (More details on that soon.) Fortunately, unlike all
recent prior contests, it appears that this time I will actually
get to take the vacation days I reserved for contest preparation
(Tuesday through Friday of this week), so I stand a better chance
of getting the prep work done.
