[NLRS] 10GHz Lk Superior plans

Ok, troops.  Its time to excrete, or relinquish the receptacle.

By the time most of you read this, it'll be 17 days to the 2nd weekend of
the 10GHz Contest.  A number of you have indicated that a Lk Superior trip
would be a good thing.  I haven't seen any plans, though.  

What's it going to be ?  I suggest that we need to know who's going, and
what the operations plan is going to be, and soon (like no later than NLRS
Breakfast on Saturday).  I think we learned some things from last year's
exercise, and also from the 1st weekend this year.  Those lessons should be
applied to what we do in two weeks.

I can be available for Saturday, the 21st, but not Sunday (sorry).
