[NLRS] NLRS Logo Contest & Reflector Activity...

Hi Gang,
Let's get going on your ideas for the Northern Lights Radio Society Logo!
You have just under a month to go before the contest ends.  Check out the
NLRS website for details.

Reflector membership is at 161 for the month of August and as you can see
we've been quite active.  A couple of members have mentioned having problems
but as far as I know, they've been resolved.  Let me know if this isn't the
case.
