[NLRS] 2002-2003 CSVHF States Above - October Request

Well, the month of October seemed to go blazing by without any significant
tropo events (that I can remember).  6m has treated use with a few E
openings here and there and there has been a few AU events.  Regarding AU
events, don't forget to check out 6m to nab those close-in states on that
band .... I would say that 90% of the 6m AU activity is on SSB while on 2m,
90% of the AU activity is on CW (due to the increase Doppler at higher
freq).

Send me your updated totals by this Friday, November 1, and I will update
the our tally sheet and repost it.

promote activity in the world above 50 MHz.   Work 30 or more states +
provinces, submit your score to Bruce at the conclusion of the event, and
