[NLRS] 2002-2003 CSVHF States Above - November Request

Its time to update our States Above standings.   Please send me any updated
scores and I will repost them during the first week in December.

Remember that the objective of this CSVHF Society sponsored event is to
promote activity in the world above 50 MHz.   Work 30 or more states +
provinces, submit your score to Bruce at the conclusion of the event, and
receive a nice looking certificate.  Full rules and forms for this operating
event can be found at www.csvhfs.org, or just ask.
