[NLRS] Hello from the Virgin Islands

Hello everyone,

Six meters has been a big disappointment into the
states from down here, but there has been nightly
openings in South America.  Very different propagation
here.

We will be on for the contest (November sweepstakes)
here so please look for WP2Z.  We will be starting on
10 meters, but is usually very busy.  We are multi-op
here, but if I am operating and one of you calls I
will just a quick hello.
