For those interested, this weekend is the Sweepstakes CW HF contest. It =
runs from 3:00 PM Sat to 9:00 PM Sunday Minnesota time. The contest =
exchange is as follows
Consecutive serial number starting with # 1
Your power level, Q for 5 watts or less, A for 150 watts or less, =
and B for above 150 watts
    Your call
The last two digits from the year you were first licensed (called =
your check)
    Your ARRL section (MN).

So, if I work W0AA, its my fifth contact, and I'm running 150 watts, I =
would send=20

    W0AA 5 A W0ZQ 70 MN for my 5th contact, A power, my call, =
my year first licensed (1970) and my section

The higher part of each band (ex; 7070 and up) will have stations =
operating at slower CW speeds. At 4:00 PM local time on both Sat. & =
Sun. the Minnesota Wireless Assoc. members are going to be meeting =
around 7120 KHz to work each other.

73, Jon
W0ZQ
