[NLRS] NLRS E-Balloting Address...

I have received e-mails from a few of you regarding access to the e-ballot.
The current balloting address seems to be different than the one mailed out
in the s-mail flier!  I tried the flier address and it did "roll over" to
the new address, for me.  You might try typing it EXACTLY as shown (with
upper and lower case letters).  However, if you can't seem to access the
e-ballot address you can e-mail me directly at w0lcp@amsat.org and I'll
e-mail the correct ballot address back to you.  The problem is that I can't
send the address out over the reflector because we have a large reflector
membership that do not belong to the NLRS and we can't have non-members
voting on club actions....

I am truly sorry for any confusion this has caused!
