[NLRS] Kelz.E virus

I think I cleared about 700 copies of this out of the antivirus quarantine
this AM. This is probably the worst virus I've ever seen. I'm glad all our
defs were up to date (including all of my PCs at home)
Given the address spoofing and lack of things in Sent Items not everyone
will notice when they get it.
