[NLRS] Demonstration station OTA this weekend

Steve, KA0VYB, will be active this weekend on 144MHz and 1.3GHz from the 
Stearns Boy Scout camp.  He will be monitoring 144.200 looking for any 
callers to demonstrate VHF and UHF amateur radio.  He *thinks* that will 
be in EN25, so a good multiplier for the microwave contest tomorrow 
morning, but in any case will be good PR!

Besides, this could be the only chance you'll have to work him this year 
;-)
