[NLRS] Storming Ice in EN13

A fair amount of snow in St Paul ..... perhaps 3 inches or so right now at
2:45 PM, with moderate wind, but the precip has changed over to rain/sleet
...... seems to be freezing.   I think conditions are going down hill
...... good time for a UHF contest !!

As antennas ice up, my advice is do not rotate them, let them be.
Sometime you may think its a good idea to try to shake the ice & snow off,
but the weight load & torque that may be created can do more damage .....
my advice is to pop an 807 and watch some college hoops.
