[NLRS] my wierd noise - part 4

previously: ... this still isn't the periodic pulse problem!  In fact with
every computer (and network) off in the house, the pulse is still there (on
FM mode see an
 S-meter pulse every 2 to 10 seconds - time varies slowly).

update:
It's the rig itself.  Temperature and voltage dependant.  Rig is at the
shop - who groaned when they heard the symptoms.  Backlog such that it will
be a few more weeks before they start on it.  Arrgh.
