[NLRS] 2001-2002 CSVHF States ..... the final week.

Just a quick note to remind everyone that this is the final week for this
years CSVHF States Above operating event.   I hope everyone got a chance to
work some new states during this weekends Field Day that had some pretty
good sporadic E conditions.   The event closes Sunday night (June 30th) at
midnight.  Next Monday, July 1, I will be requesting final state totals and
post the NLRS results shortly after that.
