Hi Jon,

A four-way is an easy one to build. Its nothing more than a 50 ohm,
half-wavelength line with two connectors on each end, and one in the middle.
You make it up of coax and 'T' connectors, or (my opinion, the preferred
way) out of aluminum and brass tubing.

Check CSVHF Proceedings from Winnipeg. The one I have in there is for a
two-way (which I realize doesn't help you), but on the back of the page is a
set of tables that gives you almost every thing you need to build a
four-way.

I'll build you one. Its for a good cause. I need to know what type of
connectors you want to use, UHF or N ?

(NOTE: I wrote it up and was going to send it in this e-mail. BUT, it went
to 10+ paragraphs. It's easier to DO than to EXPLAIN. If you want the
write-up, let me know, and I'll send it along.)

Anyone have a 222 four way power divider that they would like to donate, or
sell at a reasonable price, for use on the 222.061 ZQ beacon ? The
second option is to build one; anyone have a pointer to where to find
dimensions to build same ?
