Subject: More on the "drift"
Mike/Donn/et all.... Thanks for the good fun and the 10 ghz QSOs this =
morning... some amazing things happen on that band and it's been quite =
an education for me.....
I concur with all the observations in your notes (so won't repeat), but =
have been aware of "drifting" issues with the DB6NT transverter.... The =
question came down to "how much is tolerable"? A few months ago, I =
came across this website while researching how to get up on 10 ghz, and =
it mentions observations similiar to what we're discussing.... If you =
have a few minutes, take a look at =
http://www.g3pho.free-online.co.uk/microwaves/index.htm and his =
solution...
Perhaps you've already been on G3PHO's website, but there's a lot =
there....
Again, thanks!
