[NLRS] CSVHFS Conference update...

Hello Gang:

1.  If you tried to book a room at the Sheraton and were told they were
booked up, please call again now!  I arranged for an additional 10 rooms for
Friday and Saturday night.  You must call the hotel (and sit on hold a long
time) because Nat'l Reservations doesn't know about these 10 rooms.

2. VUCC card checking is a possibility.  Contact me and I will try and match
you up on a case-by-case basis with a card-checker.  If you are a qualified
card checker and wouldn't mind doing one, two, or three card checking
events, please let me know and I will match you up--again on a case-by-case
basis.

3.  Bring Antennas and pre-amps!!!  This is the most important point of this
email.  Since you live close to this conference, dragging in your antennas
and pre-amps is easier than for the folks from far away.  Please bring your
antennas and pre-amps to get tested.

4. Talk-in to the conference is being offered by the Milwaukee Repeater
Club.  It's on 146.91.  To access ALL receive sites, you'll need a PL of
127.3, however, some of their receive sites are open (no PL).

5.  Pre-register up to the 20th or be a walk-in registrant--just come!

6.  I still need to get with your NLRS Suite hosts--KA0VYB and K0SDH.
They'll need your help manning the suite and helping out with beverages and
snacks.
