[NLRS] 10 GHz from EN44

Thanks for ythe information!

If this is where I think it is, its one of those,
"one-of-these-days-I've-got-to-go-look-at-that" things.  Maybe
one-of-those-days is now.

I plotted the path and profile on mapping software.  The ridge at
Knapp/Wilson is a real downer... but its also 25 miles west.  At 105 miles,
it may a forward scatter contact, not tropo, so at 25 miles we'd be way
above the ridge.  Its only a 200-250 ft rise from the Mound.
