Thanks to a tip from Lenny, K0SHF, I found the final scores for two
more contests for the year 2001 posted on the web. The September 2001
VHF QSO Party and the 2001 10 GHz and Up Cumulative Contest Scores can
be found at the following location (They weren't there yesterday!):
http://www.arrl.org/contests/results/
I have copied the Upper Midwest scores for the 10 GHz and Up contest
and posted them on the NLRS web site. Congratulations are in order
for WB0LJC for making the Top Ten QSO Leaders in the 10 GHz and Up
category, and K0SHF for what I believe is the highest NLRS score
(at least it's the highest score among callsigns I recognize as being
from this area) in the 10 GHz only category.
I haven't had a chance to do any web work with the September VHF
contest scores, since the number of participants is substantially
higher. But congratulations are in order for KF0Q (third place in
the country for Single-Op Portable), W0ZQ (6th place in the country
for Unlimited Multi-Op, 4th place among multi-ops in QSO's and in
multipliers on the 902 MHz band, 6th place among multi-ops in QSO's
and in multipliers on the 1296 MHz band), N0DQS (6th place in the
country in the Rover category), KB0LYL (3rd place in SOLP category
for QSO's on the 2 meter band), K0MHC (5th place in the SOLP for
multipliers on the 1296 MHz band), KM0T (5th place in SOHP for
multipliers on the 902 MHz band). And in the Affiliated Club
Competition, NLRS came in 3rd place overall, and had the highest
number of entries in the country.
Way to go!
