[NLRS] NLRS Club Score

Well, it took a bit, but it is in to the league.  The limited multi-op
effort at W0JH netted:

Band	Q's	grids
6M	64	16
2M	75	22
70CM	35	8
	174	46

Total claimed score:  9614.

Thought the contest was going to be great, as two of the first three Q's
were EM39 and EM49 on 2M, but it wasn't until the last 15 minutes that
anything else showed up, with the 6M opening to FM19 & FM29.
