[NLRS] make more grids with your 'average' station

Wouldn't WSJT or PSK31 be good modes to chirp through the weak conditions trying to get
some coherance or intelligibility through marginal regional troposcatter conditions?
Isn't that what Brian is getting at?  Not using meteor reflections but getting the signal
through marginal local propagation over time?

In town here, I'd love to try some 2w PSK31 on 2meters just to exercise my equipment.
That perhaps would lead me to WSJT.
