[NLRS] New stuff on the NLRS development pages

There's some new stuff on the temporary development version of the
NLRS web pages, over at:
  http://www.tc.umn.edu/~tosca005/NLRS-Dev/index.htm

I just got the antenna gain measurements from Bob for Aurora 2001
and posted them.  There is also a combined table of all the antenna
results from 1998-2001 if you want to compare across measurement
events.

I've also posted the final NLRS standings in the 2000-2001 States
Above 50 MHz contest, and the most recent (December, 2001) standings
for the 2001-2002 year.

I also put up a set of pictures from Aurora 2001, but for the
moment, I recommend you not go there unless you have a fast network
connection.  Even my 512 Kbps cable modem took awhile to load the
whole page.  I will need to thumbnail the photos to make the page
load more quickly.

Anyone got pictures of Aurora 1998 or 2000?
