[NLRS] Puerto Rico in on 6

Nice catch Bryan.   I listened around on 6m this AM too and heard lots of 8,
9 and 5s working Europe.   I did work one GW on CW, but that is all I heard.
Also caught a C6 before the pile up got going.   Did work a KY station on 6m
F2 backscatter for 6m State #47, and a VO1 for a new grid.

6m's sure been lots of fun.   100 watts and a 4 ele at 25' has worked better
than I would have thought.  I hope the band stays alive for a couple more
weeks for the VHF contest !
